Had a good experience staff is very friendly and helpful room service was very prompt. Location is not so good and rooms are smaller. Or may be they give their not so good room to guest doing booking through online travel portals

Hotel dhillon is a good property. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and the bathrooms are clean, modern and well maintained. Very satisfied with the property. However the service is very average. Their service is nowhere close to the kind of service you would expect from a luxury hotel. Very disappointed with the service.

I like how the staff kept in mind for requests I made. The room was big enough for a family stay. Only thing which we didn't like much was the taste of breakfast. But they do have a variety in the menu. Their Alacart menu was good though. Overall, we had a Good stay.

Whole night it’s emitting foul smell of sewer line. After paying such handsome amount that’s really bad experience
